We say goodbye to Filip Sternberg (1956-2026)

Life sometimes brings us very sad news and unfortunately, one such piece of news is the passing of JUDr. Filip Sternberg, owner of Český Šternberk Castle—one of the homes of the Noir Film Festival, on the 7th of September 2026.
Thank you, Count, for agreeing in 2021 to let our festival take root at your castle… We believe that every August, you will be watching over us from that “star that never sets” with a smile in your eyes. Rest in peace.
