film noir club 2013
Key information:
1) Film Noir Club 2013 (hereinafter referred to as „FNC“) is a premium community of fans of the Noir Film Festival (hereinafter referred to as „NFF“) and/or the film noir genre.
2) The primary goal of this community is to bring its members closer together during the NFF, as well as outside of the festival itself, at a minimum of three other annual weekend events focused on film noir, primarily in the form of film screenings, discussions with guests and club members, and themed lectures. The film screening program will consist of films previously shown at the NFF and films that have not yet been shown at any previous festival.
3) During the festival, a separate film theater (the „film noir club 2013“ hall) with a capacity of 25-30 seats, where at least six special screenings of films chosen by FNK members themselves will take place during the festival, as well as at least one lecture followed by a discussion with a programmer or festival guest.
5) Any person who is of age prior to submitting their application to the club, has participated in at least one NFF season (with any accreditation or ticket), and has paid the regular annual membership fee may become a member of the FNC. Membership in the FNC is formally approved (after all conditions have been met) by the FNC club council, which consists of five members. The completed membership application must be sent to the club’s email address: fnk.2013@noirfilmfestival.cz. Upon delivery of the application to the above address, it is considered submitted. Official information about all club events is also sent to club members from this address, unless, in specific cases, another address is specified on the NFF website (in the Noir Club tab).
Those interested in becoming members of the FNC from abroad should declare their interest in joining the club at the festival address: barbora@noirfilmfestival.cz. Then they will receive the application form to fill out and submit.
6) The annual membership fee of 130 € must be paid no later than thirty (30) days from the date of submission of the application to the NFF bank account, account number: 107-2322580297/0100, IBAN: CZ7501000001072322580297, SWIFT code: KOMBCZPPXXX. held at Komerční banka, a.s. Club members who have supported a specific year of the NFF by purchasing a „generous accreditation,“ i.e., a „Partner“ or „Sponsor Pass,“ may request at the above e-mail address that part of the donation included in these accreditations be credited toward the payment of the membership fee for the given year.
Club members who supported a specific year of the festival by purchasing a „Noir Pass“ can request that the donation of 42 € included in this accreditation be credited to their account and at the same time pay the remaining 83 € to the above-mentioned bank account to cover the full amount of the annual membership fee.
Club members who supported a specific year of the festival with a donation of at least 130 € may also request that it be credited towards the annual membership fee.
7) Membership in the FNC will not be established if the annual membership fee is not paid by the applicant within thirty days of submitting the membership application.
If an FNC member fails to pay the annual membership fee for the following calendar year by January 31 at the latest, using any of the methods described above, their membership in the club shall expire on that date.
8) The FNC is legally part of the EKOFEST z.s. association (ID No.: 227 45 467), which is also the organizer of the NFF and the primary entity in legal relationships that may indirectly regulate or influence the activities of the NFF and the FNK.
9) The FNC Statute will be approved at the first meeting of club members in March 2026 in Český Šternberk.
10) By submitting a membership application to the FNC, applicants for membership acknowledge all of the above information.
